Rose-VI Besner and John H. Nickodemus

ROSE-VI is daughter of Ferdinand-V Besner and Harriet LaVeck from the Lignée des Besner dits "Pascal"; born May 29, 1882, died December 22, 1964, married with JOHN H. NICKODEMUS, born January 27, 1882, died March 24, 1976. He has founded "'Nickodemus and Sons", a family fuel oil/gasoline business started around 1926. It has now closed (2001) after 75 years in business.

-John Nickodemus, is married since 1960 with Rose Mudd, daughter of Richard Mudd, MD, b 1900 and Rose Krummak b 1903, died June 1998. Rose Mudd retired from teaching 1999; taught high school mathematics in a gifted/talented program. John worked for Nickodemus and Sons, a family fuel oil/gasoline business started by his grandfather. It has now closed after 75 years in business.

2-Lucy Anne, born 6/8/63, married Jim Galus, lives near us in Saginaw Township and has four children ... Jimmy (1990), Anne Marie (1992), Joey (1995), and Sarah (1998). Jim and Lucy are both pharmacists.

3-Mary Elizabeth, born 5/20/64, married Doug Heilig, lives in Oak Park, Michigan (near Detroit) and has two children ... Erica (1986) and Jake (1994). Mary is a consultant for an auditing company and Doug works for a company that repairs/sells computer parts for vehicles.

4-John Peter, born 9/28/65, married Jane Sullivan, lives in Newburyport, Massachusetts and has two children..John (1996) and Kate (1998) and is expecting baby #3 in March 2002. John is a managing director for Putnam Mutual Funds and Jane is a stay-at-home mom.

5-Rose Marie, born 11/17/66, married Pete Hilliard, lives in Satellite Beach, Florida.

6-Paul, born 9/16/71, not married, lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and works for Liberty Mutual Funds.
